Planning a wedding or special event? Book a tasting to sample our most popular flavors and discuss your vision. Available by appointment only for custom orders over our minimum.
Cancellation Policy
Tasting & Cake Class Attendance Policy Tastings: - Guests will sample 3 flavors of cake, along with frostings and optional fillings of their choosing. - Additional flavors or customization requests may incur an extra fee. - Tastings are designed to help you finalize your cake order by experiencing a curated selection. Cake Classes: - Full payment is required at booking to secure your spot. - We do not offer refunds for no-shows or cancellations by guests. However, your ticket value will be applied as a credit toward a future class of your choosing. - Credits are valid for 12 months from the original class date and are non-transferable. - Please notify us promptly if you need to reschedule so we can assist you. Pricing & Payment: - All tastings and classes require full payment at booking. - Pricing includes all materials, ingredients, and instruction as outlined in the event description. Children’s Attendance: - Children who participate in tasting or cake decorating activities are charged at a reduced rate of $15 per child. - Children attending as guests without tasting or participating are welcome free of charge, but must be supervised by an adult at all times. - Please notify us in advance if children will attend. - Cancellation & Rescheduling (Tastings Only): - Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event receive a full refund. - Cancellations within 3–7 days receive a 50% refund. - Cancellations less than 3 days prior or no-shows are non-refundable. - Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 5 days before the event. Health & Safety: - Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at booking. - We reserve the right to refuse service if safety guidelines are not met. Arrival & Conduct: - Please arrive 10 minutes early for check-in. - Respect the instructor, staff, and fellow guests. - Outside food and drinks are not allowed unless pre-approved.
