Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our space for your upcoming event! To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all guests, please review the following policies carefully: 🗓 Booking & Payment All rentals must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. A non-refundable $50 cleaning fee is added to every rental. Full payment is required to secure your date and time. Your rental time must include setup and breakdown. Please plan accordingly. 🕰 Rental Hours & Access Rental includes access only for the time agreed upon in your booking confirmation. Early access or extended time must be approved in advance and may incur additional fees. Overtime is billed at $25 per hour and must be paid immediately following your event. 🧼 Cleaning & Space Care A $50 standard cleaning fee covers basic post-event cleanup (e.g., sweeping, trash removal). Renters are responsible for leaving the space in reasonable condition: Remove all personal items Place trash in designated bins Do not leave spills, decorations, or food behind Deep cleaning due to excessive mess may result in additional charges. 📸 Photos & Promotion We may capture photos or videos of your setup or event for promotional use. 👥 Guests & Conduct Maximum occupancy (25) must be respected at all times. Children must be supervised by an adult. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the premises. Outside food and drinks are allowed with prior approval. 🚫 Damages & Liability Renters are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, guests, or vendors during the rental period. A damage deposit may be required for certain events. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. ⚠️ Cancellations & Rescheduling Rental fees are non-refundable, but may be credited toward a future date if rescheduled at least 7 days prior to your original event. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are not eligible for credit. By booking your rental, you agree to abide by all policies outlined above. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or denial of future bookings.
